(EBI) is one of the leading global banking training institutions offering a wide variety of training programmes across the banking sector. In partnership with Retail Banking Institute, EBI offers all three Certified International Retail Banker programmes to banking professionals through classroom training in Cairo as well as online learning, combining international certification with local banking industry expertise. The Egyptian Banking Institute was established by the Central Bank of Egypt in 1991.

Established in 1971 under the direction of the Central Bank of Jordan, the Institute of Banking Studies is the training arm of Jordan's banking sector. In partnership with Retail Banking Institute, the Institute offers the International Retail Banker Leader certificate to banking professionals through learning and professional development programmes designed to support leadership capability across the banking industry in Jordan.

GCB Bank is Ghana's first and largest indigenous bank. GCB Bank partnered with Retail Banking Institute to deliver bank-wide retail banking training and professional development through the GCB Banking Academy. The partnership supports leadership development, customer-centric banking capability using blended learning initiatives designed to support the bank's ongoing transformation and growth strategy.

Purple Academy is the in-house learning academy of Wema Bank, one of Nigeria's leading financial institutions and the parent company of digital bank ALAT. In collaboration with Retail Banking Institute, Purple Academy offers online certification programmes including the Certified International Retail Banker and Associate International Retail Banker qualifications, supporting professional development and retail banking capability across Nigeria's banking sector.

Operated by Access Bank in Lagos, the School of Banking Excellence provides professional banking training for entrants to the bank's graduate programme across Africa. Through its partnership with Retail Banking Institute, the programme supports online learning, retail banking capability development and leadership training for graduates beginning careers within one of Africa's largest banking groups.
