CIRB Level 2: Associate International Retail Banker
The Associate International Retail Banker programme is one of RBI’s professional retail banking qualifications, designed for retail bankers aiming to progress into management. Through specialised retail banking management training, candidates gain the skills to lead change, strengthen customer relationships, and drive innovation in an increasingly digital and competitive banking environment.

CIRB Level 3: Certified International Retail Banker
The Certified International Retail Banker programme is RBI's top level retail banking qualification, designed for people who lead or aspire to lead the bank's most important departments, right up to chief executive level. We have developed this programme over many years, building in our own research, insights from our global councils, and feedback from experienced retail banking leaders.
