The Certified International Retail Banker programme is RBI's top level retail banking qualification, designed for people who lead or aspire to lead the bank's most important departments, right up to chief executive level. We have developed this programme over many years, building in our own research, insights from our global councils, and feedback from experienced retail banking leaders.
This programme is designed for busy executives, and can be taken over the course of two months, spending a few hours per week to cover reading, study, tutorials and exams. There is a weekly one hour live interactive tutorial with our top tutors where you'll also engage with fellow banking leaders from around the world to share challenges and insights.

This module focuses on how strong leadership drives successful brand management. Executives will also learn how digital marketing shapes brand perception and relationships, and how their leadership plays a pivotal role in sustaining brand strength.
ALM plays a vital role in balancing a bank's financial stability and profitability. It monitors and manages key risks such as liquidity, funding, interest rate, and foreign currency risk. ALM also oversees transfer pricing and makes strategic decisions to optimise balance sheet performance. ALM is crucial for retail leaders to know how to properly fund retail operations and drive profitability.
