This is the top level of our Certified International Retail Banker training programme. Candidates at this level will most likely be the bank's next generation of or those showing the potential to be senior and executive management. The content is designed for management and leadership positions across the different types of retail banking services including SMEs, private banking, and wealth management. In this training programme, we bring candidates through the essential steps to transform a traditional bank into a modern, customer-centric, digital retail bank. At this third level, we delve deeply into the new challenges to retail banking including climate change and sustainability.

This level also deals comprehensively with risk and compliance at the highest level. Finally, this programme brings candidates through one of the most complex and sophisticated processes in retail banking, and shows candidates how to deal with the critical Asset and Liability Management Committee.

Level three is delivered as a blend of online tutorials with live interactive seminars delivered by our specialist RBI faculty who have written the separate streams. The hour-long seminars are delivered over the course of seven consecutive weekends and the programme can be completed inside two months.
